MC24 Conference Resources & Materials

The Transit Workforce Center’s Making Connections 2024 (MC24) is a wrap after bringing together an at-capacity gathering of over 450 engaged participants from across the country in Baltimore. From November 11-13, frontline workers, agency executives, government and nonprofit leaders, educators, and workforce development professionals collaborated, shared, and explored innovative workforce development approaches and initiatives across over two dozen workshops, plenaries, and day-long intensive sessions.

Now, you can access MC24’s opening video and PowerPoint presentations on the conference’s key topics including outreach, recruitment, retention, training, apprenticeship and mentorship, skills development, new technologies, data, funding, and investment. Whether to revisit a session or explore a topic you missed, TWC’s Resource Center materials allow anyone to dive deeper into the wealth of knowledge with resources shared during MC24.
